About selling price

Delivery time of goods

Matters concerning special contracts regarding returns

Basically, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective. For returns due to our reasons, we will bear the return shipping fee, so please specify "cash on delivery" at the time of shipping. All returns and exchanges are limited to unused items.

When the product can be received after the period

As a general rule, the product can be received within "7 days" from the date of shipment from our company. If the customer is absent, the shipping company will contact you by notification of absence. In the following cases, the product will be automatically returned to us.

  • If you do not receive it within the storage period specified by the shipping company

If you wish to reship the item, you will have to pay the shipping fee again.
